Depending on stock availability, orders may be fulfilled via our logistics network, including facilities within the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area.

This does not affect delivery times, pricing, customs charges, or customer rights. All orders are delivered within the stated delivery timeframe.


Delivery times may vary due to carrier volume, weather, or local conditions, but most orders arrive within the stated window.

3. Responsibility

Elorainemode is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.


4. Customs & Import Fees

UK customers will not be charged additional customs or import fees on delivery.

 

5. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Shipping to other countries is not available.


6. Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
After dispatch, address changes are no longer possible.


7. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
You may still return the items under our Refund Policy.
